Hydratis

An electrolyte-based hydration solution, designed to help the body better absorb water.

Thanks to its formula enriched with essential minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium), Hydratis contributes to fast and effective hydration on a daily basis, during sports, while traveling or in case of fatigue.

Easy to use, the tablets simply dissolve in water and provide optimal hydration, with or without flavor.

Hydratis is suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age, respecting the dosage recommendations specified below.

Frequency of use

Hydratis can be consumed daily, at a rate of 2 to 5 tablets per day maximum, depending on needs.

In what cases should Hydratis be used?

everyday well-being
Dissolve 1 tablet in 250 ml of water, morning and evening, or spread the intake throughout the day to promote energy and concentration.
Repeat if necessary, up to a limit of 5 tablets per day.

Sport and physical activity
Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water to be consumed during and after exercise to support endurance and muscle recovery, and help limit cramps and soreness.
Repeat if necessary, without exceeding 5 tablets per day.

Extreme heat or periods of cold
Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water to maintain optimal hydration and fully enjoy the day.
Repeat if necessary, up to a limit of 5 tablets per day.

Travel and transportation
Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water to improve hydration during journeys by plane, train or car, where air conditioning promotes dehydration.

Dehydrated skin
Dissolve 1 tablet in 250 ml of water, morning and evening, or spread the intake throughout the day to support skin hydration, because beautiful skin starts from within.
Repeat if necessary, without exceeding 5 tablets per day.

Specific recommendations

Children aged 4 to 10:
1 lozenge in the morning and 1 lozenge in the afternoon.
Hydra'stuce: establish a hydration routine at breakfast and snack time.

Adults over 50 years of age:
2 lozenges per day.
Hydra'stuce: adopt a dose upon waking and before bedtime to establish the hydration reflex.

Pregnant women:
Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water to drink throughout the day, especially in case of nausea or fatigue.
Avoid prolonged use.

Precautions for use
